I was moving to Houston to go to school in the Medical Center and I had no idea where to live. I went to three different apartments, but was denied because of my dog. Apparently my Boxer is to big for all the apartments in Houston until I was referred to Albert by a Leasing Consultant at one of those apartments, and I only had 2 days to find my new apartment. Within 1 day Albert and I went to 2 different apartments that all accept large dogs and I fell in love with my current apartment. Its one of nicest and newest apartment highrises in Houston and I LOVE IT! If it wasn’t for Albert I don’t know what I would have done.

I have known Albert for over 2yrs now and I knew he was an Apartment Locator, but what I did not know was how good he was at his job. As usual I procrastinated and was busy with work that I did not start looking for an apartment till 1 week before my lease was up. I was freaking out, so I called Albert and asked for his help! I wanted to stay in the Galleria area but not pay more than $1200 a month for a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. I thought it was going to be impossible, but somehow Albert made it happen. Within 2 days I visited the apartments he referred me to and the next day I was filling out an application. I love where I live because I am in the Heart of Houston and my apartment is HUGE. Plus I only pay $1100 a month for my apartment! It’s everything I wanted, THANK YOU ALBERT!

I moved to Houston from Philidelphia and I had no idea what Houston looked like or where I wanted to live. All I knew is that I wanted to be close to work which is Minute Maid Park and in a safe area where I can be close to restaurants, stores, and bars. I told Albert I did not want to spend more than $700 a month on rent! I of course made some calls on my own 1st and was not getting anywhere, so when I arrived in Houston I was worried I would not find a place in time and for what I wanted. To my surprise Albert found me an apartment just perfect for me and in the Galleria area. He found my apartment for me and I could not be any happier! I like Houston so far!

I called Albert and told him I needed an apartment in the Pearland area ASAP for my son and I. I did not want to spend more than $950 a month for a 2×2 apartment close to a high school for my son. I told him my requirements and he delivered on time and exactly what I was looking for. I am less than 10 mins away from my son’s high school which is on my way to work, its in a safe apartment community, and its under $950. I could not be any happier! He is the man for the job!

I was 1st using the services of another apartment locator that was referred to me by someone at school. She was really no help. We went to a few apartments one day together, but all the ones she sent me to were out of my price range, and whole time she was there she was just on her phone. Then I went to one apartment community alone and the leasing consultant gave me Albert’s card. I called him and I told him what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. Within a few days we went together to look at apartments and then we went to an apartment community I had already called and I thought was out of my price range. Apparently I did not ask the right questions or something because when Albert called and we showed up, they had a 1×1 apartment that was in my price range and exactly what I wanted. It was actually bigger than I was needing, but it was in my price range. Albert even helped me fill out my Inventory Condition Form when I moved in to make sure I did not miss a thing. If it was not for Albert I probably would have ended up paying an extra $75 a month for rent just cause I did not know what to ask or what to look for. Thank you Albert
